Mojito

1 Κουταλιά μαύρη ζάχαρη κ μερικά φύλλα δυόσμου και τα χτυπάτε δυνατά στο πάτο του ποτηριού ,στη συνέχεια κόβετε ένα λαιμ στα 4 και γεμίζετε το ποτήρι τριμμένο πάγο και ρίχνετε 3 σφηνάκια σόδα , 2 σφηνάκια λευκό ρούμι και 1 σφηνάκι χυμό λαιμ .

1 spoon of brown sugar and a few mint leaves, mix it well on the bottom of the glass, cut a laim in 4 peaces and fill the glass with crashed ice . After that fill with 3 shots of soda , 2 shots of white rum and 1 shot of lime juice

Strawberry Daquiri

2 σφηνάκια ρούμι, 1 σφηνάκι χυμό λαιμ , ½ triple sec ή grande marnier, 1 κουταλιά ζάχαρη άχνη 1 φλιτζάνι πάγο και 5 φρέσκες φράουλες . ανακατέψτε στο blender και σερβίρετε σε ψηλό ποτήρι .

2 shots white rum , 1 shot lime juice , ½ triple sec or grange marnier , 1 spoon of castor sugar , a cup of ice and 5 fresh Strawberries , mix them in blender and serve in tall margarita glass .
